The customer service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The project failed inspection due to issues related to work performed under the permit they pulled. When those deficiencies were identified, the company refused to correct them unless I paid an additional $3,000–$4,000.
I was also concerned by the lack of knowledge, accountability, and professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. Rather than standing behind their work and resolving the permit-related issues, they attempted to pass the cost on to me.

Exceptional response time and service.
Fast, efficient, transparent pricing (my favorite part), great communication. The plumber arrived on time, explained to me all the issues, and worked quite fast. He also recommended to fix a couple more things for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.
