We used RVA Repairs to repair our subzero fridge. I texted them photos and videos ahead of time, so when they showed up they had already diagnosed the issue and knew what parts needed to be ordered. This expedited the resolution process immensely. When the parts came in, the tech (James) returned promptly to install them and even helped me clean the fridge as he disassembled and reassembled it. Will be using them for all our appliance repairs going toward.
RVA Repairs is fantastic and highly recommend to anyone. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The servicer gives thorough explanation of the issue and what the next steps will be. I trust their expertise and hard work!
“RVA Repairs was able to fix a difficult short we had on our Whirlpool dishwasher. After having several parts replaced by other companies, the technician was able to find and diagnose the actual root cause. It would have been way cheaper to go with this company in the first place.”
