“Love Niche Pilates Studio! I have taken reformer classes from several instructors over the years and have always been impressed with them. Welcoming and encouraging environment, and they do a great job of providing individualized feedback even in the group classes. They offer a great variety of classes as well, the tower and Cadillac classes are great for an extra challenge. I have tried other studios in the area that are closer to me, but Niche is worth the drive every time!”

“This was an amazing first Pilates experience! Sufficiently challenging for a total beginner, but approachable. Our instructor was really great and had lots of modifications based on different bodies’ needs. Love the lavender towel at the end!”
