We were having trouble with a leaking hot water line that was baffling the contractors dispatched by our home warranty company. The problem (of course) wasn’t covered and seemed to keep escalating to potentially involve major work opening up a slab, but a neighbor recommended we get a second opinion from Kelleher… thank goodness! They came promptly when scheduled to assess the problem. The plumbers dispatched, Daniel and Aaron, were fantastic! They were thorough and explained everything they were doing. Great company! Very responsive, so far they've always been out within the same day of my call. Their techs are happy to explain the issues and how they're being fixed, and pricing is always very reasonable. Nothing feels like a sales pitch or upsell.
