The most wonderful HVAC service guy by the name of Doug was at my house today from an emergency call I'd made at the crack of dawn begging for help. It's been hot, really hot for the last few days and unexpectedly, my AC died. Of course it was a weekend where everything was closed, so by this morning, I felt dead on my sleepless feet from the house being 90 degrees and humid for the last few days. Doug to the rescue, so friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and efficiently fast, he had my AC system cleaned, repaired, looking like brand new, and up and running in about an hour. One phone call & service was set up. Our plumber was Lee who was assisted by Chris. They were very professional, knowledgeable and good communicators. This company has an excellent reputation, and it was on display today with these two class acts.
Requested an appointment on Sunday. By Tuesday, the issue with my gas furnace was diagnosed, parts were sourced, and the problem was fixed. The techs sent out were experienced and did not try to upsell. Extremely impressed and will be using for future HVAC needs.
