SoulShine Studios is a welcoming and inclusive space that offers a variety of classes focused on yoga, Nia, and mindful movement. The studio provides various yoga classes, including alignment-based Hatha, Yin, Gentle, and Restorative, as well as Seated Strength and Stretch, Qi Gong, Five Rhythms, Israeli Dance, and WARRIOR Rhythm. Participants appreciate the warm and friendly atmosphere, where everyone feels valued and supported. Beyond classes, SoulShine Studios hosts retreats and features a boutique with unique clothing and decorative arts. The owner is amazing, and the studio is a hidden gem in Stony Point Mall. The owner is accommodating, polite, and has a beautiful spirit, creating a complete vibe. The exceptional leadership of the instructors, Mare and Nikki, is a standout feature, as they are welcoming to everyone and bring an inspiring blend of expertise, passion, compassion, and fun to every aspect of the experience. SoulShine Studios offers a laid-back atmosphere for all levels, perfect for joyful dance, yoga flows, guided meditation, mindful movement, or workshops for personal growth.
We recently hosted a baby shower at this venue, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the entire process feel seamless. They were responsive to our needs and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of the event.
The layout of the space was perfect for socializing—open and inviting while still feeling comfortable and intimate. Our guests had plenty of room to mingle, and the overall atmosphere made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.

SoulShine is truly a special place and I’m so grateful to have found it and to Mare & the whole SoulShine team for making it what it is. They create such an inviting atmosphere, where joy/play, mindfulness, curiosity and self-expression are encouraged.. There’s a beautiful sense of connection and community and palpable shared energy here too, that's part of the magic!
The studio offers tons of great classes like yoga, dance/Nia, strength training, hula hoop dance and more, and each one carries that same uplifting energy. SoulShine is a hidden gem in Stony Point Mall. The owner is amazing. I attended a bridal shower which was not the original location that it was supposed to take place in but everything happens for a reason. The owner was accommodating, polite, and has such a beautiful spirit. This place is a complete vibe If could give it more than five stars I would. Had such a good time I forgot to take pics.
