James and Jacob (or Jake) were friendly and expert handlers on the front end and delivery end. Jessica was gracious and generous to allow my rigs to stay “stored” past the standard pick-up window. The rug repair factory staff called and discussed repairs and then not only gave me a two day warning good needing to delay delivery while they finished the work but also let me know that they’d give me a 30 minute heads up re: delivery instead of just a 15 minute heads up. I am thoroughly satisfied and grateful!
The rug cleaning results were absolutely perfect. My only complaint is when I stated that I could not be available for a morning pick up. I still got a call for a morning pick up. It ended up working out ok. So communication is a bit off. It still gets a five stars because the end result was great.
Excellent service from start to finish. The men who picked up and returned the rugs expertly measured and replaced the rugs with new pads. Phone staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
