I literally cannot say enough amazing things about Rachel and the copper collective. When I was searching for someone in Richmond to help I immediately found her site and was thrilled! From her friendliness and professionalism to the amazing support staff , I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have extensions and you live in the Richmond area, you capital HAVE to go see her :)

Rachel is the best! Her energy is wonderful and her work is amazing. I had invisible bead extensions and I am obsessed. They look so good and she was so thorough with how to care for them. So happy and thankful for Rachel!

Hello!I used this service last Thursday and I wanted to come on here and make a review about my experience. Rachel and Megan are very kind and accommodating people. Initially when I went for the service, I wasn’t 100 percent satisfied with my hair. After reaching out to both Rachel and Megan, we were able to come up with a solution that worked for all of us. This meant so much to me because it happened to be during a time where I am going through a really hard family matter. Their kindness and willingness to help me and come up with a solution really made me grateful for them, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
