She was incredibly knowledgeable, took her time to explain every step of the process, and made sure I felt comfortable before beginning. “I had my lobe and septum piercings done by Ashley and Syd respectively, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were both really knowledgeable and kind, and made my first piercing experience painless (or as painless as it can be, I guess). I would recommend them both any day if you’re interested in getting a piercing, especially your first. I also lost half my jewelry on my lobe piercing about a month and a half after getting it done, and was able to get it replaced free of charge.
