I had a great experience with the H2O Pro technician Bobby! I called in for a slow leak coming from one of our toilets, and within five minutes he called with an ETA update, which worked out great for our schedule because we were out and about! There was a $67 diagnostic fee that was waived when we approved the estimate, and he was able to start right away. He presented a solid good, better, best range of estimates and spent the time to talk through how each one of those options would be applicable to what was going on. He even took time to introduce himself to our dog Mao!
After getting a leak fixed from the 2nd floor apartment, we had to get our ceiling in the bathroom removed due to some water damage. Trevor was the plumber/tech who completed the task and did an excellent job of cleaning up all debris (which was extensive) as well as providing advice on steps to take to minimize further issues while awaiting for contractors to refinish the ceiling.
We have had water pressure issues/ flooding under our house and called H20 Pro to take a look for us. Bobby came by and was extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at communicating what issues/ solutions needed! Not to mention my dog loved him :) I definitely recommend H20 Pro for any plumbing or water emergencies! Thanks Bobby!!!
