Appliance repair in Richmond picked by BestProsInTown
“First time I used this company and was very pleased. The repair man showed up on time and was very courteous. He completed the repair quickly and the price was reasonable. Great customer service. Will use them again in the future.”
“We used RVA Repairs to repair our subzero fridge. I texted them photos and videos ahead of time, so when they showed up they had already diagnosed the issue and knew what parts needed to be ordered. This expedited the resolution process immensely. When the parts came in, the tech (James) returned promptly to install them and even helped me clean the fridge as he disassembled and reassembled it. Will be using them for all our appliance repairs going toward.”
“I paid $150 to have a pair of Thursday Boot Company boots resoled ($60 deposit, 90$ at pickup). This store only accepts cash.
The boots were repaired very well in a little over two weeks and I believe the price is fair for the current market. However, I did not feel welcome or very respected as a customer and can’t return to a place with customer service I find dismissive. If this was improved, I would recommend this shop.
For ladies, note that the owner cannot / will not alter any heels or flats that “pop”
off your feet and will not make any suggestions. I asked about adding a strap, heel grips, an insole, or anything else to help me not slip out of my pairs of shoes I brought with me (I have very long, very skinny feet) and the owner dismissed it entirely, so I will find somewhere else for this service. Solid for boot repair if that’s what you need. Also, the phone goes straight to voicemail.”
