After firing our previous pest control provider for horrible customer service I was reluctant to try again. I'm so glad I did! Dodson's customer service is A+. After an extremely thorough & comprehensive inspection of our property, an issue was discovered that had been missed by our previous provider. Special thanks to David Harper; beyond impressed and highly recommend this company!
Kayla always takes the time to ask how things have been since her last visit. She also seems very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions I have. I like seeing the same person each visit.
My tech, Kayla Cave, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. My sister has her too, and loves her just as much as I do. Kayla is very knowledgable too. I recommend her to anyone using Dodson. And the best part...NO BUGS!!!!
