06-12-2026: Andrew just visited for my yearly fungus inspection. He was right on time, personable, knowedgeable and eager to perform a comprehensive examination. Dodson is a great company that goes out of their way to please.

I've been with Dodson Bros. for about 40 years and they continue to amaze with their prompt and courteous service. My warranty visit today (06/23/2025) was with technician Ronell Robinson. He was right on time, friendly, professional and very impressive. I highly recommend Dodson Bros.!

I have been a customer of Dodson's for over 11 years! In those 11 years there may have been 1 or 2 hiccups that the owner quickly and happily resolved! This is a small business and I rather work with a small company as they personally take an interest in satifying thier customers and dont pass you off to someone in customer service who really could care less about the customer.
