I texted Jim on a Sunday morning, asking for advice to remedy a problem. He replied almost immediately, and he was able to walk me through a simple fix without having to make a service call.

This is a long time coming. I know Jim personally and I was looking for an electrician to help me run power to our shed. How I was surprised to see Jim pull up to the house.
