This is the first time I have used this company but I was very impressed with their friendliness and their ability to quickly schedule an appointment, the knowledgeable technician I had and the overall positive experience. I had to find a new company since my previous company could not schedule an appointment for over 6 weeks. So happy I found American Lock & Key. They have a new customer.
I am always so impressed with American Lock & Key. After many visits for all kinds of key, lock and door set issues, I am always 100% satisfied. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and results oriented. They really know their business!
A great experience today at American Lock and Key. Had two key fobs programmed. Everyone was friendly and made you feel welcome and valued as a customer. My fobs were programmed and the charge for the service was lower than I expected and exceeded my expectations. Great job by the team, Andy and Jesse who did the programming.
