“We had scratching sounds in the attic at night and suspected rodents. The technician inspected roof edges and ventilation points and found a small entry gap. He placed traps and bait carefully without making a mess. The first couple of nights still had some noise, but it gradually stopped within a week. I would have preferred written prevention advice instead of only verbal explanation, but the main issue was solved and hasn’t come back so far.“
