“I recently had A Plus Roofing install new asphalt roofing to an ancillary building on my property. Tha quality of the work was outstanding and the crew was very professional and competent. They also installed new ceiling insulation and repaired baseboards to lower level room as part of the job, as well as made sure that when the job was finished the clean-up was fully carried out. It was also a pleasure working with Chris Kain who oversaw the total project. He made everything quite easy to deal with and the price he quoted was very reasonable. “Saunders removed our 90 yr old slate roof, underlayment, and flashings; installed a new underlayment and flashing, and reinstalled the salvaged slate replacing around 15% that was broken. They also replace a section of 60-yr old metal with a new membrane. Final product looks very good, and the old slate is visually indistinguishable from the replacements. As an architect with 45 years of practice I could quibble about a few minor details, but nothing major. I left one star off because the crew should have covered the ground better to catch the slate they tossed off the roof. As a result, our car found a roofing nail in the driveway, but Saunders was quick to deduct the cost of that tire from the final bill. I would certainly recommend them for anyone's slate work.“

“This company was terrific all the way around! I live alone and work 9-5 so he timed it for me to be home as he was finishing and WOW did he do an amazing job cleaning the gutters and replacing two downspouts.
Josh had to come out twice (my fault) and was kind enough not to charge me an additional trip fee.
I will call them again for sure when I am ready to tackle the storm windows for cleaning the windows underneath. It is extremely hard to find someone knowledgeable enough to work with those old things but they are pros.“

“We had RVA Exteriors come out and put brand new vinyl siding on our house. They were absolutely spectacular to work with. Every question I had they answered in a timely manner. Brian and the crew were all superb. The crew worked hard and got the bulk of the work done in three days. For reference, our house is two stories. Brian checked in on us consistently throughout the project. They were even kind enough to install our bat box for us when we asked if it was something they could take care of. Our house looks fantastic and I will recommend them to anyone who needs siding done on their place.“
