The service is stellar, with outstanding employees who are great customer service reps, always letting the customer know they are very important to the company. They are helpful, accommodating, and dedicated to putting the customer first. One employee was able to rearrange several jobs to get floors installed the day before a move, a true lifesaver. Another handled oriental rugs with resurging/fraying issues, and rebanding was done free of charge, with the rug looking wonderful.
