Kinship Animal Hospital is a welcoming veterinary practice where the staff is always helpful and nice. The veterinarians, including Dr. Smith, provide swift and comfortable care for pets, taking the time to answer questions and address concerns. The hospital offers affordable prices and exceptional care, making it a trusted choice for pet owners.
The front desk staff, technicians, and vets are very friendly. They are willing to discuss treatment plans based on cost, practicality, and the pet owner's values. The clinic is known for handling pets with care, and the staff is always ready to answer questions without making anything feel rushed.
Customers praise the responsive desk staff, who are good at following up, and the availability of vet technicians to answer questions over the phone. The vets are described as friendly, and one customer with a reactive dog appreciated Dr. Smith's calm demeanor and thorough answers during the appointment.
My spouse and I recently moved to RVA and have had all three of our dogs seen at Kinship. I would absolutely recommend this practice. Dr. Kirkpatrick and all of her staff are extremely friendly, caring, and wonderful to work with. They offered us a same-day appointment when we had a concern, are very patient with our especially shy dog, and make everyone (dogs and people) feel welcome any time we come in. Definitely support this small local business!
Our dogs have issues. Kinship spent time with us to learn all about them and help guide us to make our pups healthy and happy.
Kinship made room for our cat Onyx when his chin needed attention and our current vet wasn’t able to see him for a week.
We were silly to wait so long to support this local business! They are right down the street from us, so even the trip to the vet was short. The staff there is welcoming and trustworthy, the facilities are clean and inviting, and the love given to all the patients is heartfelt.
This recommendation is made with no reservation, we will continue to pass along the Kinship name and they will be the first ones to call from now on!
