We recently moved to Virginia and were nervous about finding a Vet as we haven’t had the best experience previously with our last vet who we had seen for years. Easily the best Veterinarian experience we have ever had! Dr. O’Malley was able to hear a description of our senior dog during our other pups wellness appointment and gave us an accurate second opinion of his condition before we even brought him in. We have since gotten him seen by her and her wonderful team and she nailed the diagnosis that she originally mentioned in our initial conversation. Finding a new vet can be frustrating, but Bon Air Animal Hospital, Dr. Knott, and staff made the transition smooth and easy. My dog is older and very anxious -- they treat her with nothing but respect, compassion, and kindness. Dr. Knott is clearly extremely knowledgeable, and communicates everything you need to know without missing a beat. I'm grateful for their care and compassion, and am happy to say I believe I've found somewhere I can trust with my dog's care.

Pricing is extremely fair as well -- quality service at a reasonable price. I mean, what's better than that?

The vet my pup sees is great and the techs are nice to my nervous dog and generally try to be gentle with her. I appreciate that I can make appointments online and generally don’t have to wait too long at my appointment time.

However I have feedback regarding the check out process after treatment, which has been so slow the last few times we visited. Once I waited 15 min to be checked out after we were dismissed by the tech. I normally don’t mind waiting, but my dog gets incredibly stressed at the vet and is shaking the entire time, so it is stressful for both of us to have to wait so long just to be able to pay and leave.
