Based on the reviews, Master Electrical Services LLC provides comprehensive commercial and industrial electrical services, including ground-up new construction, tenant upfits, facility upgrades, lighting systems, preventive maintenance, backup power systems, and residential generators. Customers are delighted with the standby generators installed by the company. The installers were extremely professional, courteous, and kept customers informed on the status and installation progress every day. Every detail was of the highest quality and far exceeded expectations. The servicing scheduler has always been proactive in working with customers to schedule a prompt service call. The technicians are knowledgeable of the systems and have always been able to identify and fix any issues. One technician, Travis, was extremely thorough in servicing whole-house generators. He offered good suggestions for keeping the generator cleaner and taught customers a lot about keeping their investment running. Travis has a very high attention to detail and deeply cares about his work, providing above and beyond service. Customers feel very comfortable knowing the company is there to take care of their generators and highly recommend them.
I would just like to say dealing with Kelly from Master Electric services was an absolute pleasure. They handled everything from permitting from start to finish of picking up a whole house generator for me. They showed up on time worked very neat and clean and being a general contractor from South Florida I can really appreciate the professionalism that they showed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough thank you.
We have a Kohler generator. Master installed it years ago and we continue to have a service agreement with them. The servicing scheduler has always been proactive in working with us to schedule a prompt service call when we need it. The technicians we have worked with are knowledgeable of our systems and have always been to identify and fix any issues we may have had. We feel very comfortable knowing they're there to take care of our generator.
