I had a great cut and color with Haley on Saturday. She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted for both the length and the tone of the color. We had an enjoyable conversation and found we had some interests in common. I left feeling wonderful about my new look and the experience.
The vibe at Hotheads seemed relaxed, unrushed, and people-focused. They are very reasonably priced considering the high level of service. I've found my new regular salon.
Also, three words: shampoo massage chair!
It was really hard for me to go in for a haircut because I’ve been dealing with hair loss from stress and medical procedures, but they made me feel so comfortable. She reassured me that my hair is still thick just thinner in the front and that what I’m experiencing is temporary, and shedding is normal which meant a lot. They also did a great job with my trim and layers, and the pricing is great as well. I definitely recommend them!
