We had a great experience with the floor store! From our in home measuring/estimate, to picking out carpet in store, to install, the process was really smooth and professional. I'm a little late, since I have had so much going on. I went into the Floor Store for what I thought was going to be a simple kitchen floor upgrade. That is when I met Walter, who was super friendly and professional from the very start. Well what is supposed to be a simple kitche floor upgrade, turned out to be an entire 1st floor flooring replacement thanks to a faulty dishwasher that flooded the first floor. Walter worked with me everystep of the way with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately I had to go into the store to make changes quite often, and everytime no matter how many changes I made he helped with a smile, laughter, and professionalism....read full review
