Wow!! Our awning came out above and beyond what we expected. Could not be happier with outcome, we had a few concerns and they were addressed quickly. The guys that did the install were great, we highly recommend Shade works, you won’t regret it!
Good experience from the start, Tony came by after my call and was most courteous and we arrived at a reasonable price they told me when the work could be done and kept me updated all the time. when the work was to begin I received an e-mail telling me the time they would arrive each day. the workers were very courteous and worked with a very knowledgeable spirit.and I am very pleased with the outcome.
We had our patio cover installed about 4 years ago. I've been fairly happy with everything with the excerption that it was as warm under it in extremely warm weather as it was in the direct sunlight. Mainly the reason for only 4 stars. I opted for an insulation package to be installed a couple years later hoping that would help with the heat under the cover. That decision has been a disappointing one. If I had it to do over again I would not have spent the extra money for the insulation package.
