I usually love going to Palm Beach Tan. It makes me feel good about myself for a few days. But this time it was not such a great experience. The Ford turn canning Booth was occupied and I allowed myself to be talked into using the two turn booth. A couple hours later I had streaks white streaks down half my arms and my legs and the tan was an even. I felt like that was the biggest waste of $60 I'd spent in a long time and it made me very sad as I was going to a special occasion. Lesson learned stay with what I know

I appreciate that the beds are always very clean and the staff is always super helpful when I have questions about different beds or lotions, Kenzie especially. I would highly recommend this location. I initially signed up at the location in Meridian that just had their grand re-opening, and while the location is very nice, a staff member, who was one of the managers by the way, told me something completely untrue about the membership I purchased, and another employee there went along with it when I questioned it later. I've been to several PBT and usually get pretty good customer service but Kennedy was by far the best I've ever had. She went over the membership options and because of her customer service I finally signed up. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find a lotion that I liked the smell of and had intensifier. You can tell she knows her products and the services well.
