I've been to several PBT and usually get pretty good customer service but Kennedy was by far the best I've ever had. She went over the membership options and because of her customer service I finally signed up. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find a lotion that I liked the smell of and had intensifier. You can tell she knows her products and the services well.
I have been a customer of Palm Beach Tan for the majority of my life! Off and on but tbh it is the only tanning company I have ever used. When I was a teenager I did a spray tan membership and as an adult I’ve used the sunbeds for years. I just recently upgraded to a premier sun & spray membership and I love the efficiency of cocktail tanning. I have always had all around good results and experiences with them across different locations. What a great facility. The moment you walk in you are greeted by one of their amazing staff members who are knowledgeable and professional. The equipment is top of the line and spotless. This is a first class facility!
