Kenneth was awesome! I almost couldn’t tell that he was there! I did see that he moved the trash cans to service the rodent traps! I’m not adding photos, because I don’t need to! of course, all of your employees are very professional and very friendly!
Our initial service was very thorough. Edwin, our technician, explained the procedure. He was very thorough. We had our second treatment with Kenneth and he also explained the treatment he completed. We are very satisfied with this company
Ken explained the process for today's visit thoroughly. He was willing to follow me around the house to show him where the wasp nests were located. He also identified the gopher issue and treated it promptly. Ken was friendly, and knowledgable!
