Hartley Co is a really cute salon located in the Fowler building downtown. I had the best experience starting with how easy it was to book an appointment. I'm one of those people who when it comes to haircuts, I get into a mood and want it done ASAP or not at all. So I was so happy that I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours booked at Hartley Co. You will have to put a credit card down to secure your reservation, but it doesn't charge you. I absolutely LOVE this place. The salon is a dream, it was very clean and I felt very comfortable during my appointment. Jess offered coffee/ tea as soon as I arrived, we talked and related to so many things while I was there. I walked out after my appointment feeling like I had gained a friend. And the best part?? She's got the friendliest, fluffiest, most adorable cat I've ever met. I love your place Jess! I drove 1.5 hours to Hartley Co. and I can confidently say that Jess is hands down the best person to have ever dyed and cut my hair. I cannot wait to book my next appointment. If you're looking for a salon I highly recommend this one, you will not be disappointed.
