I was visiting family from out of state and booked a massage while in town. After a long drive, my shoulders and hips were stiff and sore, and I was grateful to find an opening in Janet’s schedule on the Vagaro app. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease and in good hands. Janet felt like a kindred spirit, and the depth and breadth of her skills are impressive. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and highly effective at relieving deep knots while promoting deep relaxation. I appreciated her personalized, therapeutic approach, which included deep tissue work, energetic remediation, and doTerra essential oils to support pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness. I was also impressed that she was able to bill my out-of-state insurance with ease. I will definitely schedule with Janet again the next time I’m in town.

Incredible results! I decided to run a half marathon 6 months ago. After a month of training, I realized I wasn't progressing. I chose to try Chiropractic care. I found Dr. Adam Kipp offered an evaluation of my physical status. Did not realize how much energy I utilized to get through a regular day. My sacral/Iliac area was unbelievably tight. With 5 months of therapy and regular visits, I finished the half marathon! There is absolutely no way I could have completed 13.1 miles without Innate Chiropractic Care. Plus, I feel 15 years younger!!

I did the eye brow package and Korean lash lift with Seyoung. She did such an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable. I explained to her what I wanted for my eyebrows and she truly listened to me and then checked back in part way through. My eyelashes also look amazing! I will definitely be back!

I’m almost afraid to leave this review because I want to keep Susan and her hair studio all to myself, but because other google reviews led me to her, I think I need to pay it forward! She is so talented.
Since I recently moved to Boise from back East, I’ve had so much worry about finding the right hair stylist. I’m very picky and don’t have an easy head of hair to color, but Susan nailed it the very first time. She chose an even better base color than my previous stylist of over a decade, and the placement of my highlights are absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend Susan enough….what a gem of a lady, too!

I was fairly new to the area and hadn’t yet found the right stylist for my thick, wavy/curly and graying hair that was in desperate need of attention. Online reviews led me to call Class Act Salon & Spa, where I scheduled an appointment with Robin. I explained that I prefer a more natural look and asked Robin to blend my gray with some blonde highlights and I couldn’t be happier. She took her time and did exactly what I asked, finishing up with a special conditioning treatment and a trim. Robin clearly has years of experience of listening and interpreting what her clients want, not to mention her patience and skill.
I got my hair done by Bella and she was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, offered great ideas to help protect my hair, and ended up giving me a great result! She was nice, polite, professional and fair priced! Will def schedule my next appointment with her!

Elijah cut my mother in law's hair today. She is disabled and in a wheelchair since her stroke. Elijah made arrangements to accomodate a client in a wheelchair by moving furniture. This was a much needed break for my family member since we just put her in a nursing home last night. Elijah had an excellent way with people that is rarely seen in most areas of customer service these days. I have had my hair cut by him as well and will be going back soon. Elijah has a gift for working with people and I look forward to the next time he gives me a hair cut!

Misty is superknowledgable about skin care. I realize that not many people know that they should care for their skin just like they care for their teeth and the rest of their body. When I visited today, I felt like I had been on vacation for a week. Super relaxing. Peaceful and calming too. Parking is super easy-- so no stress at all. Treat yourself to a facial by a consummate professional who knows what she is doing. Facials are not just a luxury but benefits your health and well being. Wish I'd started doing this years ago.

Lotte is exceptional. I get compliments on my skin all the time now. I use to have dry dull skin and since seeing Lotte my skin looks youthful and vibrant. I also at time use her reflexology service which literally knock me to sleep, it’s soooo relaxing. My overall experience has been nothing less than fantastic. One of the best facilities I have visited for Chiropractic work. I was in constant neck head and jaw pain and after several sessions I was pain free. I had a bad experience at a different chiropractor clinic that caused more issues in my neck and jaw than I had to begin with. Dr. Gavin Jorns has really helped relieve my pain with dry needling, cupping, active/passive release as well as some minor adjustments if needed and wanted. After a month of weekly sessions I just need to come as needed. Dr. Jorns is really kind, intuitive, and knowledgeable about the human anatomy. As a Licensed Massage Therapist I highly recommend.

Purpose Driven Chiropractic has saved my back. My Nuerosurgeon was ready to cut me from S5 up to T8. I figured I had nothing to lose so I came to Purpose Driven Chiropractic very skeptical. They have worked on me and helped my body to start healing itself. I would be lying if I said I never had any pain. I have thoroughly enjoyed the CBP Basic certification course. The amount of knowledge imparted on us is mind blowing and the best part is that the majority of that knowledge is being taught by none other than Dr. Deed himself. I think that speaks volumes to the dedication he has for each practitioner to truly learn and comprehend all that CBP has to offer so we can deliver to our patients as CBP was intended. The vast array of instructors is also crucial as I learned many different gems from each. Lastly, I’ve never attended a seminar that was so accommodating and welcoming, they truly treat you as family. I am excited to attend more courses in the future, and as a student I highly recommend attending a course ASAP, it will surely set me up for success upon graduation !

This is an excellent veterinary hospital. We were visiting friends in the Boise area when our dog Hank needed treatment. Dr Kari Reina was able to make an appointment for us on very short notice and examined our dog. I was impressed with her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. But what was the most important was her kindness and willingness to provide treatment options that allowed us to continue our travels back home. We were treated a valued customers even though we were just visiting. Hank is doing fine now. Thank you to Dr Reina and the whole staff.

Discovering Red-Yoga created an instant connection to community here in Boise/Eagle. As a disabled veteran, retiree I've really come to embrace what yoga brings for longevity, mindfulness & fitness. Jenni curates both an awesome cadre of instructors & large selection of classes. Focusing all-around fitness, flexibility, stillness & healing - there is something for anyone/everyone at her studio. I've recently moved to the area and finding a place like this is a true gem in the Treasure Valley. The classes are plentiful, tho never overfilled. The space has all the equipment and the variety of classes means there is little to no repetition. Every session, either challenges or recenters you - they are spot on with the descriptions of what to expect. The instructors genuinely connect with their fellow yogis, and there is a strong sense of caring. Would certainly recommend to anyone in the area to try the introductory package for two-weeks, and see/practice with as many different classes/instructors - guessing they would find the same feelings as mine once they discovered Red-Yoga and how much benefit it can bring to your life. We even hope to invite/hire some of the instructors to come practice at our house next time we have family and friends in from out of town. This studio has been a fantastic find for us!
As a person who is not flexible or talented in yoga, the staff have been kind, helpful and welcoming. The classes range from warm yoga, hot yoga, beginners class and a sculpting class. I am comfortable going to any of the classes. It's a beautiful environment with a locker room, showers, etc. I would recommend Eagle Yoga House to anyone who wants to feel more centered in your thoughts and respect your body.

Julia is absolutely wonderful! I have endured several injuries over the years acquired from the Army and have some chronic back pain and muscle imbalances. Julia utilitizes her background as a former ballerina with an eagle eye for details such as correcting posture and muscle alignment. As a result of strengthening my muscles, my lower back feels stronger and facet joints that were frozen are able to move freely again. I'm noticing better posture and improved strength. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Colby Inzer at Pressing Matters. He is both a massage therapist and naturopath, and the way he approaches the body is unlike anything I’ve experienced.
At my very first appointment, he did both live and dried blood analysis, and was able to see and articulate almost my entire medical history just from looking at my blood. I was genuinely blown away. From there, he used muscle testing to pinpoint exactly what my body needed, and I love that his approach is very minimalistic.
His sessions are extremely hands-on and fully tailored. He incorporates body work, myofascial release, and acupressure. He has been able to unlock long-standing issues in my back, neck, and even my foot that I’ve dealt with for months. He also uses a Qi Acugraph machine that measures nerve conduction and meridians, which helps him target acupressure points in a really precise way.
I really appreciate that he’s focused on the root cause, not symptom masking. His combination of science-based testing, intuitive bodywork, and nervous system work is truly unique.
I’ve enjoyed working with him, learning from him, and actually seeing changes in my body. If you’re looking for a practitioner who can read what your body is saying and treat you from a whole-person perspective, I highly recommend Dr. Colby Inzer.

Just got home from an amazing massage with Danaka. FYI the office has moved to horseshoe bend road across from Winco. I've been getting massages for decades and this was one of the very best. She has a lovely and comfortable room. She was very pleasant and caring. She did the pressure just like I said I wanted. If you are considering trying this I would absolutely recommend it.

I have had a couple of massage now at Eagle Spa with Kristy . She was amazing , never had to wait. She was concern about making me comfortable . This may be a little TMI , but I am big busted and she even brought in a special pad for women like me . Can’t wait to go back in a couple of weeks . Worth every min and penny .
My wife and I decided to try this place out, I got Tiffany and she nailed it! She found knots in my back and neck and worked those bad boys out. She has strong hands, started off strong and at the end of the hour still had amazing finger strength, I definitely reccomend this place and will be returning again for sure!
I had a bad reaction to a detox remedy, which caused my left shoulder to freeze up and become very sore. A trip to the ER didn’t reveal the cause, but it ruled out any major issues. Thankfully, Tony gave me an excellent acupuncture treatment, and I was more than 50% better within 24 hours.
