Jess is extremely intelligent and is willing to share so much information regarding health. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon this little gold mine a year ago.
I was visiting family from out of state and booked a massage while in town. After a long drive, my shoulders and hips were stiff and sore, and I was grateful to find an opening in Janet’s schedule on the Vagaro app. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease and in good hands. Janet felt like a kindred spirit, and the depth and breadth of her skills are impressive. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and highly effective at relieving deep knots while promoting deep relaxation. I appreciated her personalized, therapeutic approach, which included deep tissue work, energetic remediation, and doTerra essential oils to support pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness. I was also impressed that she was able to bill my out-of-state insurance with ease. I will definitely schedule with Janet again the next time I’m in town.

Beautiful office. Very professional yet super friendly. The doctor did a thorough exam including x-rays and explained what each test was for. At my next appointment, we went through the results and again, very informatively explained what’s going on with my spines. The adjustments have been great and on point! He also explained what he did at each adjust ment. Very transparent which I love! Highly recommend!!

Alexandria is the ideal person to own and operate this business. She consistently seems to challenge herself to stay current on the science behind her work. She is extremely talented at taking in patient feedback and delivering results aligned with what they request and what is medically or aesthetically appropriate. I did the eye brow package and Korean lash lift with Seyoung. She did such an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable. I explained to her what I wanted for my eyebrows and she truly listened to me and then checked back in part way through. My eyelashes also look amazing! I will definitely be back!

Since I recently moved to Boise from back East, I’ve had so much worry about finding the right hair stylist. I’m very picky and don’t have an easy head of hair to color, but Susan nailed it the very first time. She chose an even better base color than my previous stylist of over a decade, and the placement of my highlights are absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend Susan enough….what a gem of a lady, too!

Jess is very conscientious and also very cheerful. My previous hairstylist was never able to capture the look I wanted, but my Jess quickly managed to find the look I was after. Based on what I described, she was able to precisely cut my hair to match the look I wanted, and from start to finish, she was very patient and very cheerful. Every piece of advice she gave was spot on, and so, after she cut my hair, I received a lot of compliments. So, even though she is young, she is truly a fantastic hairstylist, and I will refer other clients to her.

Wanted a good haircut while staying in Eagle 🦅 Nick did a very nice job 👍 for a first haircut and received my wife’s seal of approval (since she has to look 👀 at me all the time!) Plenty of parking onsite and easy to find. Their other barbers are also highly rated and they all have a very easy online appointment system. Recommend this clean local barber 💈 shop.

Misty is superknowledgable about skin care. I realize that not many people know that they should care for their skin just like they care for their teeth and the rest of their body. When I visited today, I felt like I had been on vacation for a week. Super relaxing. Peaceful and calming too. Parking is super easy-- so no stress at all. Treat yourself to a facial by a consummate professional who knows what she is doing. Facials are not just a luxury but benefits your health and well being. Wish I'd started doing this years ago.

Lotte is exceptional. I get compliments on my skin all the time now. I use to have dry dull skin and since seeing Lotte my skin looks youthful and vibrant. I also at time use her reflexology service which literally knock me to sleep, it’s soooo relaxing. My overall experience has been nothing less than fantastic. We finally decided to coat our garage floor with epoxy after years of dealing with stains and dust from unfinished concrete. The crew prepared the surface thoroughly before applying the coating over two days. Compared to before, the garage feels much cleaner, brighter, and easier to maintain. Sweeping is simpler now, and spills wipe up without soaking into the floor. The finished surface also gave the garage a much more polished appearance overall. It’s one of those upgrades that makes the entire space feel more organized and intentionally designed instead of purely functional.
Amazing Floor Installer ! Falcon Flooring was a referral from a friend of mine who was extremely happy with their service so I decided to go with them as well. They were professional, competitively priced, and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and did a top notch job with quality craftsmanship. I have thoroughly enjoyed the CBP Basic certification course. The amount of knowledge imparted on us is mind blowing and the best part is that the majority of that knowledge is being taught by none other than Dr. Deed himself. I think that speaks volumes to the dedication he has for each practitioner to truly learn and comprehend all that CBP has to offer so we can deliver to our patients as CBP was intended. The vast array of instructors is also crucial as I learned many different gems from each. Lastly, I’ve never attended a seminar that was so accommodating and welcoming, they truly treat you as family. I am excited to attend more courses in the future, and as a student I highly recommend attending a course ASAP, it will surely set me up for success upon graduation !

This is an excellent veterinary hospital. We were visiting friends in the Boise area when our dog Hank needed treatment. Dr Kari Reina was able to make an appointment for us on very short notice and examined our dog. I was impressed with her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. But what was the most important was her kindness and willingness to provide treatment options that allowed us to continue our travels back home. We were treated a valued customers even though we were just visiting. Hank is doing fine now. Thank you to Dr Reina and the whole staff.

What a fun experience. I went to my first yoga class and got yoga class. What a great experience. The faculty was very clean, they had everything I needed as an inexperienced person and helped walk me through the process. I’m a Pilates girlie so it wasn’t too hard to understand and keep up but it still kicked my butt!!! This place was amazing. A must try. Rachelle the instructor was so good and sweet too.
I stumbled upon Bodybar Pilates after breaking my foot. Since I was in a boot and unable to do my usual workouts, Nikki, the owner, helped me get set up so I could continue exercising safely while recovering. That was three years ago, and I've been hooked ever since.
The Eagle location is my go-to studio, and I genuinely look forward to every class. The instructors are knowledgeable, well-trained, and consistently provide balanced, challenging workouts that can be adapted for all fitness levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and motivating.
If you're new to Pilates, I highly recommend giving Bodybar a try. And if you've been doing Pilates for a while, be sure to check out the more advanced reformer classes—they're an excellent challenge and a great workout!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Colby Inzer at Pressing Matters. He is both a massage therapist and naturopath, and the way he approaches the body is unlike anything I’ve experienced.
At my very first appointment, he did both live and dried blood analysis, and was able to see and articulate almost my entire medical history just from looking at my blood. I was genuinely blown away. From there, he used muscle testing to pinpoint exactly what my body needed, and I love that his approach is very minimalistic.
His sessions are extremely hands-on and fully tailored. He incorporates body work, myofascial release, and acupressure. He has been able to unlock long-standing issues in my back, neck, and even my foot that I’ve dealt with for months. He also uses a Qi Acugraph machine that measures nerve conduction and meridians, which helps him target acupressure points in a really precise way.
I really appreciate that he’s focused on the root cause, not symptom masking. His combination of science-based testing, intuitive bodywork, and nervous system work is truly unique.
I’ve enjoyed working with him, learning from him, and actually seeing changes in my body. If you’re looking for a practitioner who can read what your body is saying and treat you from a whole-person perspective, I highly recommend Dr. Colby Inzer.
Just got home from an amazing massage with Danaka. FYI the office has moved to horseshoe bend road across from Winco. I've been getting massages for decades and this was one of the very best. She has a lovely and comfortable room. She was very pleasant and caring. She did the pressure just like I said I wanted. If you are considering trying this I would absolutely recommend it.

Went to get my toenails clipped and received a VIP spa treatment. Ruby is a wonderful (and insightful) pedicurist. The massaging chair and foot and leg massage put me in La La land! Everyone is friendly and accommodating and the place has that spa look and feel that you expect at a more high-end location. What a terrific discovery this place was!
Tina was awesome, she did not have to ask what needed attention. She felt the knots in my neck and back and went after them. She is the best and is a very experienced massage technician. I will be back.
Thank goodness I happened to google acupuncture and fertility or else I never would have found Dr. Kristen. After miscarrying in September I'd been having continual issues with irregular periods, pain, imbalance, etc. The labs Dr. Kristen ordered were just what I needed to find out I have PMOS. I'm forever thankful for her approach and openness to exploring what was happening in my body on a deeper level. I now have answers that I can work with, this is so relieving! Her love for this work shows and I encourage other women, who might be struggling, to reach out. She's a gem!

Hello Again, Now that I have completed my treatment, and I am now 2 weeks post treatment. I am still feeling absolutely great! I still have some numbness in my left shoulder, but both Dr. Boese and myself agreed, that may be structural and muscular, not neurological. I couldn’t agree more!
My feet haven’t felt this good in many years. Overall, Dr. Boese has made my life much better.
All I can say….If you are experiencing neuropathy of any kind, You should absolutely contact the Pain Care Clinic of Idaho…..They are a no nonsense clinic, the staff are wonderful and they will tell you right up front, if you are a good candidate for their services.
