Took Whiskey-Sue in today for full nail service and self bath. Absolutely delightful staff! The prices are reasonable and nice facility. Thank you for being so great!
About Marcie n Mack Pet Salon & Self Wash
Marcie n Mack Pet Salon & Self Wash offers a range of services, including hand strip grooming for puppies and self-service dog washes.
The self-wash stations provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, a brush, and ear cleaner. Customers appreciate the hydraulic tubs and the discounted rate for multiple dogs, especially the unlimited drying time.
While the staff is generally kind and professional, some customers have reported issues with the availability of hot water later in the day. This has led to inconvenience for those with multiple dogs to wash.

I used the self wash. This was the best self wash I've experience so far in Boise. Excellent water pressure and temp, modern automatic adjustable stainless steel tubs in private rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a couple dollars more than the last place I went, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it...good value. Clean, quiet, low stress environment.
I cannot say enough good things about Marcie-n-Mack Pet Salon & Self Wash, and especially Autumn Waldemer! She took my dog to an absolute next level. I honestly couldn’t believe the difference when I picked my dog up. Koa looks amazing, smells amazing, and was groomed so beautifully!
Autumn really took her time and cared about the details. The bow tie…omg 🥹
Not only was the grooming itself incredible, but Autumn was so kind and clearly knows what she’s doing. She completely exceeded my expectations, and I am SO happy with how Koa turned out. ❤
