Steven came out to troubleshoot a backed-up washing machine drain and was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to snake the drain and get it working again in no time. And to boot; since the issue was so easily resolved, he didn’t even charge me!
I will gladly call Apple Plumbing again if I have any other plumbing related issues in my house, and recommend them to my family and friends.
10/10 would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. We did an entire bathroom remodel with them as our bathroom was very outdated. We’ve have had some rough experiences lately with house projects but this team was the complete opposite experience in the best way possible! From the very beginning, Bob was extremely helpful in helping us narrow down ideas (I was stressed about decision overload). He walked us through everything and made the decision process so simple! They arrived punctually, introduced themselves courteously, and provided a clear explanation of the demonstration and installation procedures. To ensure cleanliness and protect the work area, they carefully laid down tarps over exposed surfaces and made a point to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day.
