“Discovered a leaky pipe at my water heater early Friday morning. I have a couple of great-grandchildren with me on Thursdays and Fridays , plus I was having a party for 18 people at my house on Saturday. Made a few phone calls (previous plumber was too busy to make it same day; called homeowner's insurance, etc). Veteran's Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing company who was also too booked to help same day. At 11:21 on a Friday morning, I called Veteran's Plumbing and spoke with Ian. At first, Ian said they probably couldn't get to the repair today. He then asked me to give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. Twelve minutes later (I checked the call record on my phone), Ian called back and was sending someone out. Practically seconds after I got off the phone with Ian, Frank called me to tell me they were a half hour away. Frank and Kirk arrived promptly, analyzed the problem and came up with the solution. It was more involved than I'd anticipated (isn't it always that way with plumbing?), but I completely agreed with Frank and Kirk on what was necessary to complete the repairs. The only SLIGHT delay was waiting for someone to bring some parts from Northwest Boise to southwest Ada County. Frank and Kirk had the repairs completed in about 2 1/2 hours - including the time they had to wait for parts.

Ian, Frank and Kirk are true assets to Veteran's Plumbing. So very helpful and sincerely cared that I was in need of some quick help. I will absolutely recommend Veteran's Plumbing to everyone!!
