I absolutely love CoreStrong! I have gone on and off for years, but starting in January of 2024 I started, and have kept with, a consistent 2x per week practice and my body has changed so quickly! I have so much more strength, most notably in my core and arms. Love the instructors, the music and the class times!
I owe this studio a huge debt of gratitude. I started coming here as a supplement to my physical therapy and stayed due to its effectiveness. With consistent training, I am pain free and have been able to return to a career I had to leave due to an injury. I am so thankful to have found this place. Make no mistake, this is a tough workout! The pace allows you to be super mindful about form while delivering results. I've done kickboxing, barre, pilates, crossfit, trx, hot yoga and many other workouts and this method was the ticket for my body and lifestyle. Absolutely worth a try!
Love Core Strong! The boutique vibe is lovely. The space is clean, everyone has been supportive and friendly. The workouts are challenging and I love the way you can choose your reformer when you book online, so there's no craziness when you're trying to find your spot. It's very well thought-out. If you can get into a class with Kerry I highly recommend. She's an incredible instructor who takes the time to ensure that you perform each movement correctly, maximizing the benefits so you can keep gaining strength and endurance. Really great place, so glad I joined this community.
