Love Core Strong! The boutique vibe is lovely. The space is clean, everyone has been supportive and friendly. The workouts are challenging and I love the way you can choose your reformer when you book online, so there's no craziness when you're trying to find your spot. It's very well thought-out. If you can get into a class with Kerry I highly recommend. She's an incredible instructor who takes the time to ensure that you perform each movement correctly, maximizing the benefits so you can keep gaining strength and endurance. Really great place, so glad I joined this community.

I visited this studio while I was in town visiting my mother. She is in her early 70s and has been coming here for a few years and loves it. I work out regularly but I was so amazed at how much the movements challenge your body. The program is easy to learn and modify if necessary. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They know their clients by name and really try to develop a personal relationship with each one. I can’t thank them enough for taking on my mom to help keep her moving and hold on to her muscle tone. The best experience for our workout club! The staff is amazing and the workout is so hard but rewarding. We had multiple girls end up buying memberships after their first class. Highly recommend this studio!
