Jamon, the repairman sent out to fix my refrigerator did every thing in a manner it's hard to find these days. He called ahead, showed up on time, was knowledgable, finished in a timely fashion and took such pride in his workmanship that he left the fridge looking like new. Believe me the latter took some real work and elbow grease. His honesty and integrity lead to him instructing me in how to keep from having the same problem again. Then after charging a more than fair price for replacing a fan, he cleaned the work area and left it in a condition much, much better than he found it. I had an excellent experience with Jamon- he was super helpful and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also gave me some great tips on how to get the longest life out of my washer. And I loved that the service fee was included in the cost of the items needed replacing! Unlike a lot of places that seem to just rack up the bill. 10/10 recommend Easy's!
