Hannah, the manager at Palm Beach Tan, is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, professional experience every time I interact with her. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients without ever being pushy.

Because of her, I won’t go to another location. Every facility should have a manager like Hannah. That level of service is rare, and she makes all the difference for Palm Beach Tan. Highly recommend!

I have been a member at Palm Beach for about 2 years now, and Jade was the one who got me started. She was so kind and walked me through all the different beds. I always come back to this location because of her! She is so knowledgeable and sweet! 10/10 recommend!

I walked in and had never tanned before, Jade walked me through everything and was super knowledgeable. I was nervous walking in but Jade made me feel super comfortable and confident.
