“Almost didn't get a tattoo that day because the first girl I spoke to made me feel judged and unwelcome or like I was bothering her or something, I was just about to call the whole thing off but then Amber came downstairs and turned the whole experience around for me, she's literally the only reasons I stayed and got my tattoo, she was so nice and patient with me while I went in circles with what I wanted. She and my sister worked together on the artwork for me. She drew out exactly what I was imagining and I've never healed so quickly from a tattoo before! She told me she uses an ink mixture of a couple different blacks and it looks fantastic! Way better than my tattoo from another shop where I got bad customer service and a tattoo that came out blue. She was so thorough and made sure every little detail looked flawless and exactly how I wanted it without me having to say a word. She made the entire experience smooth and effortless and totally calmed my nerves after being anxious from the first girl. It was so refreshing to have a good customer experience. I wouldn't have my beautiful tattoo if not for her, so I'm already setting a bunch of money aside for my next ones. I referred multiple of my friends to see Amber over at the shop as well so they're all making plans for it.
