“I am not from Idaho but I was visiting this last weekend when In my hotel I noticed I lost a ball to my healing septum ring. I did not have any extras and considered doordashing a replacement from Walmart but I happened to have long nails at the time so I decided to go to the nearest piercing shop. I showed up looking a fool in my pajamas but I had high hopes! There was one man in the building and he was busy tattooing another gentleman, he asked how he could help and I explained the situation. Well all he had was septum that were threaded differently so I couldn't just buy a ball from him. Well not only did he replace the full ring for me, pulling up a chair and taking the time out of his day to properly prepare for the swapping of jewelry, he did not make me pay for it. What an absolutely generous man. And when I tell you I walked in looking like I jusy rolled in from bumville, he owed me nothing and still went above and beyond to help me. I only come to Boise once a month but I decided I will start scheduling tattoo appointments here for when I visit because this joint absolutely deserves as much business as possible. I unfortunately do not know the name of this lovely gentleman but he knows who he is! Thank you again, I will be back!“

“Almost didn't get a tattoo that day because the first girl I spoke to made me feel judged and unwelcome or like I was bothering her or something, I was just about to call the whole thing off but then Amber came downstairs and turned the whole experience around for me, she's literally the only reasons I stayed and got my tattoo, she was so nice and patient with me while I went in circles with what I wanted. She and my sister worked together on the artwork for me. She drew out exactly what I was imagining and I've never healed so quickly from a tattoo before! She told me she uses an ink mixture of a couple different blacks and it looks fantastic! Way better than my tattoo from another shop where I got bad customer service and a tattoo that came out blue. She was so thorough and made sure every little detail looked flawless and exactly how I wanted it without me having to say a word. She made the entire experience smooth and effortless and totally calmed my nerves after being anxious from the first girl. It was so refreshing to have a good customer experience. I wouldn't have my beautiful tattoo if not for her, so I'm already setting a bunch of money aside for my next ones. I referred multiple of my friends to see Amber over at the shop as well so they're all making plans for it. My mom and sister also loved Amber and are already planning what they want to get done by her too. I can't wait to come back to ink slaves and get a bigger piece from her!! Thank you!!“
