Joshua with Zerorez cleaned a couple carpeted rooms today. From start to finish it was a very good experience. The representative that answered the phone and made the appointment was great.Joshua, the gentleman who applied the product. He is an excellent customer service person. He took care to tell me about all the advantages of the company’s non-toxic method of cleaning. He worked quickly called ahead, mentioned a couple of trouble spots and offered help if we had any problems.Overall…a great experience and a very professional and personable representative‼️

Joshua is a really great asset to Zerorez in my opinion. It’s really hard to find people that genuinely care about what they do and Joshua does. He gave me all the information that I needed to know. He was so detailed that I didn’t have one question.He spent the time to do a very thorough job which was appreciated. I’ll be requesting him again in six months for sure.
