I can shop for all my favorite superfoods at her cozy, zen, location or on line through her website! I highly recommend a session with Katie! Every session is another step in the right direction. I just started Katie's 30 day Superhuman reset program this month and it is just what I needed! I love Katie's nutritional coaching style and all her lifestyle tips. There's no one I trust more when it comes to nutrition than Katie!

I could not have been more impressed with the results of my first infrared sauna session at Vital Energy Wellness. I am an avid sauna user but had never experienced the immediate effects that infrared brings to the table. Katie was extremely knowledgeable in helping me to pick out the right settings for my needs as a first timer and I left feeling an immediate impact of my session. There was an obvious increase in blood flow to my lower extremities, which was very helpful for my poor circulation. This was exactly what my body needed! Highly recommend!
