I have had BCP cleaning my house in the last year. Initially, there were a few items I needed to communicate with Metayah on that I expected to be cleaned that appeared not to have been. The items they did clean were cleaned well, however. She took the information seriously and corrected the issues. She was very professional and even came to the house to walk through with me again to hear from me in person what was important to me in cleaning the home. BCP may seem more on the expensive side, but if the house is cleaned to our liking, it is worth the money.
