Sharing an exceptional service story that occurred on the weekend. I had a circuit breaker I thought was failed. I called several electrician businesses and kept getting a voicemail or an answering service. When I called High Ground Electric, someone answered to discuss the issue and weekend rates. Before having an electrician come to my home, Todd whom I talked to requested pictures of the circuit breaker, panel and the issue. Sent this information and he was able to provide some tips to resolve the issue. This saved me time and money.
