Kyle was great. They were able to come out same day and install a new keypad lock and change 5 other locks. Highly recommend.
Toddler lost the keys to my rooftop carrier so I went to Baldwin and lock and key to get it unlocked and make copies. Service was quick and efficient. Very decently priced I only paid $10 for two keys and the unlocked service. Would recommend :) I brought my toddler into the shop as well and he had fun playing with all the lock displays.
Tim was amazing during a really stressful situation. He was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly from the moment he arrived. He even had a great sense of humor, which made a terrible situation feel so much more tolerable. It’s rare to find someone who is not only good at their job but also genuinely kind and personable.
