Please don’t bring your pet here. The majority of our experience has been treating our pet’s health like it’s fun and games when she’s healthy and then a total callousness and lack of urgency when she is sick. The default attitude at the front desk when you need something is rude, unprofessional, and insensitive - something we experienced on multiple occasions. The vet seemed to actively try to avoid talking to us when our pet was at her sickest. Then add price gouging to further take advantage of the situation.

So you are aware, the markup on our medication was almost 200% higher than online ($236 compared to $123) and they are unwilling to price match.

We took my dog Gidget in on Monday morning because she was breathing rapidly, panting, I noticed her abdomen seemed hard, and she was very lethargic. They had her in their care for 8 hours and only did X-rays and blood work after she had already been there for several hours. They said they thought she had some kind of lung disease and possible pneumonia and sent her home in the same condition with some antibiotics. Before my husband picked her up he asked if she was doing any better and they said yes! When my husband brought her home she was in the same condition and continued to lay on the couch having trouble breathing so we brought her into another the next day for a second opinion. They were able to do a rapid ultrasound immediately and discovered she had free fluid in her chest and abdomen and was very sick, she would have required oxygen and fluids and to be hospitalized! And they said that even if they hospitalized her and did some additional testing in the morning that it was a very very poor prognosis and she was very sick. We had to make the choice to put her to sleep because she was suffering! I can’t believe the care we received from them and why they couldn’t do an ultrasound on her to see what was going on. I don’t know if they could have drained the fluid if they had seen it and she could have had a better outcome but I feel like she suffered all day when she was there and to top it off they charged me almost $1000 for what little they did. My brother called to ask if they would reduce the charges and they said they’d have to call the other vet because they didn’t believe us.

This place is the best! They were easy to contact and set appointments with. They were able to help me with all four fur babes in an hour visit. They were thorough and did everything my pets needed quickly, efficiently, safely, and lovingly. They were so helpful and gave me a carrier. They made sure to offer all the discounts possible and provided all the information I needed to file all four pets insurance claims. Great service. We will be going here for all our pet needs!!
