Had the hot water tank malfunction in the morning. I called at 0930 Colton and Bob were at my home by 2:30. Troubleshooting and repair done vey quickly. Very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly about what was needed and the cost. Happy with service and repair.

We had to have a follow-up visit as the Main Water Line was previously diagnosed as a problem for a leak in our crawlspace. We still had a leak after the new installation. We sent in a very positive review of the folks that did that previously. On the 8th, Chance and Farris came out and tried another approach. The Main Water Line had been installed professionally and just needed some more dirt near the backflow as it had sunk and Farris got it looking good.
