Wickstrom Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing the water main to our house. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with.
One phone call, and within a couple of hours Jake S. came out to bid on the job. He made sure everything was lined out, that we had a clear understanding, and gave us as much time as we needed before we even signed the line.
Brandon and Devin handled the job with skill and attention to detail. You could tell they truly take pride in their work. They kept everything clean, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made what could’ve been a stressful project feel simple and smooth.
A special shoutout to Maryann as well for coordinating everything so seamlessly. She was friendly, organized, and made scheduling and communication effortless.
Our water main line was never turned off for more than a few hours. The yard was left tidy, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. If you need plumbing work done, especially something as major as a water main replacement, Wickstrom Plumbing is absolutely the team you want. Highly recommended.
From the staff, I spoke to on the phone to make my appointments to stew who showed up to do my maintenance. Everyone was educated, informative, kind, and patient absolutely take pride in their work…

The most common solution, pulling the pipe, did not work so they switched to horizontal drilling which did work. Once the new pipe was installed, the sod and landscaping that was removed in process of digging holes,...read full review
