We had significant water damage from a washing machine leak that ended up requiring a full floor replacement, so this was no small job. 1800 Water Damage of Boise handled the entire process from start to finish, including dealing with my insurance company, and I couldn’t be happier with how it went.

What stood out most was their communication. Joshua Pitau clearly explained every step of the process — from the initial assessment to coordinating the floor replacement — and they kept us in the loop with updates so we always knew what to expect next. That kind of transparency made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.

The job also required removing all the furniture from the house and then moving everything back in once the work was complete. They handled this with care and made sure nothing was damaged in the process.
