“We first learned about Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaners from Steve while house sitting for our kids. He came to do the carpets since they had been gone for two months. I was there to let him in and he engaged me in a conversation about the process and how it differed from steam cleaning. I watched him work and was amazed at how little moisture got into the carpets! He worked efficiently and was very thorough even going back over a few spots until he was satisfied! When he was done, I asked him a few additional questions and he took extra time answering them.
