“After a frustrating start, I want to give credit where it's due. The funeral home ultimately made things right, and I truly appreciate the effort that went into resolving my concerns.

The process surrounding my mom's marker was causing a significant amount of stress, frustration, and anxiety during an already difficult time. Communication issues and delays left me feeling uncertain and overwhelmed. However, once Jake became involved, everything changed.

Jake took ownership of the situation, kept me informed, followed through on his commitments, and made sure the issue was resolved. More importantly, he treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. “I met today with Bowman pre-planning of my husband's and my final choices at death etc and the staff at the front office were so polite and welcoming. It was so pleasant, calming and beautiful. One very hospitable lady offered me a cup of coffee and brought me into the meeting room with the pre-planner Donna... Donna was so wonderful-goes over all choices, prices and gives you all the forms to fill out upon return. Very simple process and will all be paid and done prior -so our executor and family won't have to worry about a thing in that arena. I highly recommend them. I am a Veteran and they know all the choices a Vet can make if you desire that venue“

Allison was not only very professional, timely and organized but the sweetest woman who was so genuine. I had an out of state flight to catch early morning & she willingly went completely out of her way to bring me a certified copy of my dad’s death certificate to my home before my uber arrived…..unbelievable service! Without her treating me as if I was family, I would have never been able to bury my father out of state as planned.
