This review is a bit delayed but Clearwater Home Services did a significant remodel of our home over the summer of 2024 (Kitchen main bath and bedroom flooring throughout the house and interior paint thru out). They were great to work with their pricing was fair and the communication with Kelly and Brandy was above expectations. Over the past almost two years we’ve stayed in touch and they’ve returned for some minor adjustments without question. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s in the market for a home remodel.
Great experience having my roof replaced by Clearwater Home Services! The crew was professional, on time and did excellent work. The Clearwater team explained the process clearly, checked in with me throughout the project, completed the job as scheduled and left my property clean when finished. My new roof looks great and gives me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Home Services to anyone needing roofing work or any other home construction project.
We asked Clearwater do an addition onto our house, to add a bonus room. It involved demolition of our roof in a bedroom and bathroom and then building on top of that area. It was crazy to have our bedroom exposed to the sky for a few days, but Clearwater got the new roof built and covered in only a few days, keeping us dry and the project moving. They were great to work with throughout—good people, good communication, a subcontractor team that follows them and felt trustworthy. The workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and we love the new room (as well as the other side projects we added along the way). Definitely would recommend them!
