“Today I had an estimate for a backup generator for my home. The gentleman (Mr. J. Miller) showed up early and was very professional, clean, and friendly.He did the estimate for me while politely listening to me chatter. He was incredibly polite and while I am not one to have people in my home unless absolutely necessary, I felt comfortable with him. One very important factor was that all of my animals liked him and anyone who has had dogs knows that our animals are very good judges of character so upon seeing that they were comfortable, I was as well.Once he had completed his estimate, and we were conversing, it came out that I had an electrical issue that I had been dealing with for going on a year. He offered to check the breaker and outlet and told me he could fix it if I wanted him to so first he checked my voltage and found out in about 10 seconds that I had an issue and as it turned out he had the time and ability to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.He came to my home to do an estimate and left having provided me with a wonderful solution to a nightmare scenario for me and all for less than $200.I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service provided today.There are a few simple things I expect when handing over my husband’s hard earned money and that is quality, professionalism, and value and hands down these three expectations were met and exceeded today.I will be doing business with Magic in the future, of this I have no doubt.Thank you Mr. Miller, your genuine care and commitment to your profession is obvious and appreciated.“

“We bought a home about 2 years ago and Energy Smart Wiring did all the electrical. Everything is labeled and functions as it should. They told us to call back once we decided where we wanted our floor outlet installed.
