These are great guys to work with who were incredibly flexible, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. They have a good variety of offerings without being overwhelming -- within each category (LVP, finished hardwood, etc.), there a range of styles within each of those so that finding what you need is straight-forward. If they don't have items in-stock, they are getting shipments with enough regularity that it's likely only a couple of days before what you need arrives. I don't know that I would have said that shopping for flooring is "fun" prior to this but Jonathan and Jerry made the experience exactly that -- and more.

Great to work with. I went in to look at products after checking them out online. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered my flooring online and they checked in with me right after to make sure I was able to get everything I needed. When the flooring came in, we scheduled a pick-up time and they made sure everything was ready to go.

We had LL flooring and their flooring contractor, Stefan, help us with install of Parker peak vinyl flooring and new base boards throughout our whole home. The entire process has been exceptional. Great customer service. Great pricing. Install was perfect, and we have nothing but praise and compliments for how professional and excellent they were. They were so fast and everything was so thorough and well done! We highly recommend LL flooring!
