I'm going to bullet point what could be a long story:1. Timely and responsive2. Had some issues with service, spoke with them about the hard situation and still pretty open despite some hard back and forth3. Dean and team came out being way more honest than I imagined a modern day company could be4. I'm genuinely impressed with the people and respect givenThank you for everything!

While we were on vacation we had water leaking into our basement from our outside water spigot. My brother was there to take care of our dogs so thankfully he was able to stop the leak, but not before a significant amount of water went all over the carpet and the lower part of our walls. I called American Cleaning Service and hey had a technician show up the same day where they determined that something needed to be done right away. They were able to control the mold and get everything dry within a few days. I wish I could recall the name of the technician that helped us because he was very polite and professional. Very happy with this company and how they helped us!

Experienced and professional. Had a lot of water damage in my home from a previous year and started to get some mold because I did not take care of the issue properly. Called these guys and they were able to take care of the mold and also made sure it didnt come up again.
