My only complaint is you have to leave a card on file for cancelations. Which I understand. But then I had to pay a co pay for my deductible. I said put it on my card on file. They couldn't do that. They needed another card on file or put my same card in system again for a second account. I don't think this should matter. Use same account and code it differently.
VERY GOOD SESSION TODAY. Spencer was caring, explained exactly what he was doing and gave me feedback on my recovery progress. Bella appeared to be new to the routines but asked questions when needed. She also explained exercises, demonstrated and corrected me as needed.
