Aubrey began with an assessment of the trouble areas I have to determine what techniques would be most appropriate and effective to begin her work. Throughout her work she checked in with me as to my comfort level with the applied pressure and stone heat she used. I am still processing my overall improvement. Immediately following Aubrey’s work, my muscles were sore. However, later in the early evening, the nerve pain in my thighs and hip subsided. That evening, I had a long awaited night’s rest.
