From start to finish, the process was very streamlined and smooth. He was easy to get a hold of throughout the couple months of the build, with prompt communication (permits, subcontractors, tiny adjustments). When Kevin said he would be there he was. Kevin and His employee were always very meticulous and clean; everything squared up, the subcontracted he had were also efficient. Victory windows prices are spot on. This is now everyone’s favorite room in the house. It’s been about a year and no issues, no cracks, no leaks-Everything is still on point and great.“C” another “large” window company came out and quoted us double what Kevin had and it was going to be 3 feet smaller in depth lol. During the build we had a jerk, drunk neighbor come over and yell at him/us, and Kevin handled it with such humor and ease, deescalating the situation.Go Victory“

“Shadeworks installed our patio cover recently and we’re looking forward to all of the time we’re going to spend out on our patio as soon as it warms up! We love its utility and it also looks great. The warmth of the brown really richens the look and it’s going to be gorgeous this summer when the garden is in full color! It does let in more water than we anticipated (wondering if this is because we decided to go roof mounted, but this was the only option we wanted to consider because we wanted the extra height). Also, scheduling was a bit frustrating because of the weather conditions and delays due to water runoff from snow melting. However, we love the finished product and every person we interacted with at ShadeWorks was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again!“

I submitted a claim with my insurance and Bartlett came to meet the insurance inspector that day to clarify any issues and coverage. This helped reduce the time to replace. the replacement was scheduled and done in a timely manner with highest quality shingles! Most impressive was the cleaning effort after the job was done. Tarps were used around the house for most of the old shingles, but the effort to pick up the remaining nails, roof paper etc. was incredible! Because it was a January replacement the daylight was short. They used flashlights and spend over an hour in the dark making sure my yard and driveway were clean. I've spoken to many who were very dissatisfied with their roffer's cleanup of their roof replacement. these guys are professionals and know what they are doing. thank you Bartlett for a remarkable job Please use me as a reference.“
