“I can't tell you what a relief it is to not have to pay extra for classes, and know the workout is going to kick my butt. The best part of training/classes is that the instructor makes you do things you would never do on your own (like burpees). I was never a sports person (theater/choir kid through and through ) so maybe that's why coming up with a workout plan is so overwhelming. The mental load lifted off of my brain is more than I could ever put into words.”
